Your 30-Day Window to Decide

From the moment your package arrives, you have 30 full calendar days to live with your bins, test the magnetic acrylic doors, and see how they fit into your space. If you’re not completely happy – whether it’s the size, the color, or just not the right fit – simply reach out.

Simple Steps to Start Your Return

  1. Tell Us: Email our friendly support team at [email protected] within 30 days. Include your order number and let us know if you’d prefer a refund or an exchange.
  2. Get the Green Light: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and clear, simple shipping instructions.
  3. Pack It Up: Please return the bins in their original, unassembled, and unused condition – all 6 pieces, with all parts and instructions included. Pack them securely in the original box or equivalent packaging.

When Will You Get Your Refund?

We know waiting isn’t fun. Once your return arrives at our facility, we’ll inspect it within 2-3 business days. After approval, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days – and the money will go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your statement, but the hard part is done.

What About Exchanges?

Want to swap for a different size or a different product altogether? Just tell us when you reach out. We’ll handle your exchange as soon as we receive your return, subject to availability. If your new choice costs more or less, we’ll adjust the difference – fair and square.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • If you changed your mind: That’s okay! We just ask that you cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service – it gives you peace of mind.
  • If we made a mistake: Wrong item? Damaged parts? We’ll send you a prepaid return label and cover all shipping costs. No questions asked.

A Note About Assembly

Our bins are designed for easy, tool-free assembly – but if you’ve started putting them together and changed your mind, please stop. We can only accept returns of unassembled bins in their original packaging. This helps us ensure every customer receives a perfect, brand-new product.
